客戶須知Notifications for Client

一、為確認驗證戶於驗證有效期間內符合驗證方案之要求，並確保其驗證資格持續有效，驗證戶須配合采園執行「定期追查」、「後市場抽查」、「不定期追查」、「不定期訪查」、「展延查驗」。

二、有抱怨或申訴需求請至 文件中心 下載填寫【共同文件06-抱怨、申訴單】或【溫室氣體04-抱怨/申訴單】並email info@eco-garden.com.tw。

If you need to file a complaint or an appeal, please visit the Document Center to download and complete "Shared Document 06 - Complaint and Appeal Form" or "Greenhouse Gas 04 - Complaint/Appeal Form"  and email it to info@eco-garden.com.tw.
